Seasonal Part-Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience and supports sales objectives in a retail environment. This seasonal role combines customer engagement, fashion and styling knowledge, and teamwork to deliver the brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Educate customers about available programs, initiatives, products, and services.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, visual, and back-of-house standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide management with product and category feedback.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
