Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and support alternative purchasing options and digital product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and support company initiatives.
• Share customer, category, and business feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
