Provides personalized, inspiring customer service and contributes to sales goals as a Brand Ambassador. Shares product and styling knowledge while supporting an inclusive and polished store experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and share product, fashion, and styling knowledge.
• Maintain store standards and support replenishment, floor sets, visual presentation, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback on products and customer needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
