Summary

Provides personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales objectives. Demonstrates fashion and styling knowledge and helps maintain store standards in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Assist customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs and services.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing duties, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, or walking for multiple hours.
• Lift or climb as required and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
