The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while helping achieve sales goals. This part-time seasonal role supports store initiatives, builds customer relationships, and maintains Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Build customer relationships and support alternative purchasing and digital product discovery options.
• Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and share feedback on customer needs and business opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while collaborating with customers, management, and coworkers.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
