Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience. Role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, utilizing retail technology, and building customer relationships to meet daily and longer-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support and execute company and store initiatives and standards
- Participate in team training to improve business results
- Use available retail technology and more ways to shop to facilitate purchases
- Represent and deliver the expected customer experience aligned to brand standards
- Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a complex or high-volume environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capable of operating a register and standing or walking for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas including stock and dressing rooms
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
