Summary
Seasonal operations associate providing support across store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office, and administrative duties. Role focuses on executing store processes, supporting inventory and shrink reduction efforts, and coordinating vendor services for a short term assignment of up to three months.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office and facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
- Support shrink reduction plan and report violations per company regulations
- Coordinate accessories repair and engraving and embossing vendor services
- Support inventory preparation and execution tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to standards
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory, and vendor documents
- Execute cash office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by managers
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales roles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock for receiving and stocking functions
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
