Seasonal Part-Time Sales & Operations Support Associate

Summary

Provide an exemplary customer experience through efficient support of store operations, including shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative duties. This seasonal position lasts a maximum of three months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies; support invoice approvals and cash office processes.
• Assist with shrink reduction, inventory preparation, merchandise processing, and store process improvements.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing with external vendors.
• Process transfers, shipping documents, inventory records, invoices, and other operational paperwork accurately.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for the product and interest in career growth.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and move stock as needed.
