Seasonal part time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, customer first service in a retail environment. Role focuses on driving sales through exceptional customer interactions, supporting store standards, and contributing to team performance and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and support team performance.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings and initiatives.
- Support fitting room assistance, sizing, and maintain store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and complete opening and closing duties.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to operate register and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
