Seasonal Receiving Support Associate - Bergen County

Summary

Supports the store’s receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations, helping ensure merchandise and customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently. The role also provides customer assistance on the selling floor and contributes to store initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack customer orders using established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.
• Use handheld equipment and other technology to perform job functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
