Summary

Support the store's receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations, ensuring merchandise is processed and customer orders are prepared according to company standards. This seasonal, part-time role also helps deliver a welcoming customer experience and supports store initiatives during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Find and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack merchandise using proper techniques to ensure orders arrive in excellent condition.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.
• Use technology and handheld equipment to perform job functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
