Seasonal Receiving Support Associate

Summary

Supports the store's receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Processes merchandise and customer orders according to company standards while helping deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and pick items from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack customer orders using established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, markdowns, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the sales floor, use store technology, and support major store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with changing priorities and technology.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, perform bending and reaching movements, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
