Seasonal Receiving Support Associate - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Support the store's receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations, helping ensure merchandise and customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently. This role also provides customer assistance on the selling floor and supports store initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and pick items from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Pack customer orders according to company standards and participate in logistics initiatives, including returns, price changes, and damage processing.
• Welcome customers, use store technology, and support the team during high-volume events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
