Seasonal Receiving Support Associate - Soho

Summary

Supports store receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations to help ensure merchandise and customer orders are processed according to company standards. The role also assists customers on the selling floor and supports store initiatives and peak shopping events.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and pick items from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Pack merchandise for shipment using established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support major store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
