Summary

Seasonal Receiving Support Associate responsible for assisting with inbound shipments, processing deliveries, and maintaining receiving area operations at the Stanford Shopping Center location during the seasonal period. Position is part time and focused on supporting store inventory flow and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Unpack merchandise and prepare items for stockroom storage
• Verify shipment contents against packing lists and invoices
• Update inventory records and communicate discrepancies to management
• Organize and maintain a clean receiving area and stockroom
• Assist with transferring merchandise to sales floor as needed
• Follow store receiving procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience in receiving or inventory preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a part time seasonal schedule
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
