Seasonal Receiving Support Associate - Valley Fair

Summary

Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations, including processing incoming merchandise and fulfilling customer orders. Helps ensure merchandise is handled and shipped according to company standards while contributing to a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Search for and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack merchandise carefully for shipment and participate in logistical initiatives, including returns, price changes, and damage processing.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support the store during major events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
