• Organize and replenish sales floor merchandise according to visual standards
• Process incoming shipments and move stock to sales floor and backroom
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising displays
• Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization
• Remove damaged or unwanted merchandise from sales floor
• Support team members with ad hoc recovery tasks during busy periods
• Follow safety and store policies while handling merchandise

Requirements

• Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
• Reliable availability during peak seasonal hours
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
