Summary

Provide personalized service and fashion guidance to customers in the Women's Apparel department. Build lasting customer relationships, grow sales, and help customers find clothing that suits their needs and style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the company's selling standard, offering helpful advice, styling suggestions, and follow-up.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet personal sales goals and maintain strong product and trend knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down, and recovering merchandise.
• Contribute to inventory counts and support teammates in maintaining a productive department.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and work varied hours.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
