Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build relationships to drive sales
• Style customers and curate content on digital platforms including text and social media
• Achieve sales goals and participate in performance based incentives
• Fill orders, stock, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready departments
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
