Responsibilities
- Engage customers and build lasting relationships through personalized service and styling.
- Achieve sales goals and drive earnings using networking and digital platforms including social media and texting.
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote customer loyalty.
- Support department readiness by filling orders, restocking, re merchandising and performing price markdowns.
- Perform light cleaning and maintain merchandising presentation.
- Occasionally work in departments other than the one originally hired into as business needs require.
- Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items regularly during shifts.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and goal oriented with a focus on sales.
