Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Build lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide honest confident feedback on style and fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re merchandising
• Price markdowns and perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with team and occasionally assist other departments
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
