Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready, including light cleaning
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs
