Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and measure customers for proper size and fit guidance
- Deliver personalized service and honest product recommendations to build customer loyalty
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through in store and digital selling including text and social media
- Collaborate with team to keep the department customer ready through stocking and re merchandising
- Fill orders and assist with price markdowns and light cleaning
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and fashion knowledge
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow through on customer interactions
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Comfort working as part of a team and using technology for sales
