Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling guidance and honest feedback about fit and product choices
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and performing price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain organized merchandise displays
- Work collaboratively with team members and be flexible to assist in other departments as needed
- Maintain regular movement and perform physical tasks including lifting and reaching as required
