Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling and fit guidance with confidence and honesty
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Perform light cleaning and merchandising tasks to keep selling areas presentable
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
