Job Description

Summary

Retail sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales both in-store and digitally. The role requires building customer relationships, using digital tools for selling, and supporting department operations including merchandising and inventory tasks. Schedule varies by business needs and flexibility to work in other departments may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit
  • Use text and social media tools to engage and grow customer following
  • Open new customer accounts in the rewards program
  • Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform price markdowns
  • Re-merchandise displays and maintain a customer ready department
  • Work collaboratively with the team and assist in other departments as needed
