Seasonal Retail Associate

As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience during the holiday season at Neiman Marcus in Plano, Texas. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will ensure exceptional customer service and support the selling team in various store departments.

• Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations, and Fitting Room Experiences.
• Enhance client experience by introducing services such as Alterations, Personalization, and package carry-out or delivery.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
