Seasonal Retail Associate

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to enhance the client experience through welcoming guests, assisting across store areas, and ensuring efficient transaction and pickup processes. This role reports to a Senior Manager and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition to appropriate associates
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup and manage online order pickups
• Partner with Operations and Managers on duty for Alterations and related services
• Support fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce clients to additional services such as personalization and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations and follow up on customer requests
