Summary

Seasonal store support role providing excellent customer service at point of sale and on the sales floor. Assist customers with purchases, returns and transactions while maintaining an organized and attractive department and supporting order fulfillment and pickup as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and other transactions
• Operate the cash wrap and complete checkout duties efficiently
• Keep the sales floor and cash wrap area organized, restocked and clean
• Support order fulfillment and order pickup processes
• Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Build customer relationships and inform customers about promotions and rewards
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
