Summary

Seasonal Store Support team member providing excellent customer service at point of sale and on the sales floor. Assist customers with purchases, returns and order fulfillment while maintaining a runway ready department and supporting other store areas as needed. Role requires physical stamina, flexibility to work a variable schedule and proficiency with store computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and transactions
• Maintain quick friendly service by listening to customer needs and recommending products
• Keep cash wrap area and sales floor organized clean and restocked
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Build customer relationships by promoting events gift cards and rewards
• Perform light cleaning straightening and merchandising tasks to keep the department runway ready

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization follow through and problem solving ability
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to be on feet continuous movement and perform bending reaching and lifting
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
