Seasonal retail cashier and sales floor support role in the shoes department providing excellent customer service at the point of sale and assisting with sales, returns, order fulfillment and maintaining a runway ready department.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales and returns
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at the point of sale
• Straighten, lightly clean and restock the cash wrap area and sales floor
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Build customer relationships and inform about gift cards and rewards
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting and reaching during shifts

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent use of hands
