Summary

Seasonal logistics role responsible for receiving, unpacking, processing and delivering merchandise within the store while supporting customer order fulfillment and general store needs. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and relocate store fixtures
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following quality packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support special events setup, markdowns and backroom organization
• Handle bulky items and perform regular lifting and carrying tasks

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technology and computer applications
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
