Summary
Seasonal Retail Operations Associate supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties for up to three months. Role focuses on maintaining supplies, processing merchandise, supporting inventory tasks and ensuring compliance with company procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
- Support shipping, receiving and stock room activities including packing and unpacking stock
- Execute Cash Office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors
- Manage office and facilities supplies and replenish as needed
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice approval
- Support inventory preparation and execution including transfer and shipping documents
- Assist with shrink reduction efforts and report violations
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations, customer service or sales support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk for shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock for receiving and stocking functions
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow in retail
