Summary

Seasonal retail sales associate responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through excellent customer service, styling advice, and building lasting customer relationships. Role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in different departments to meet business needs. Candidate should be motivated by goals, comfortable using technology and social tools for selling, and able to perform physical tasks related to merchandise handling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide style and fit guidance and honest product feedback
• Use text and social media to cultivate and customer following
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments
• Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as required
