Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets through excellent client service.
• Provide personalized gift wrapping and packaging consistent with brand standards.
• Maintain back-of-house organization including stockroom upkeep and product transfers.
• Assist with floor sets, restocking, and maintaining visual displays.
• Greet and assist clients with an elevated and professional level of service.
• Support peak periods including weekends, holidays, and in-store events.
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; luxury experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium experience.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team-player mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Available to work November through January for the seasonal assignment.
