Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit recommendations with honest confident feedback
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Handle merchandise including bulky items and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
