Summary

Seasonal retail salesperson responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels, and supporting department operations including merchandising and order fulfillment. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
