Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Open new customer rewards program accounts
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments when needed
Requirements

- Comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Flexible availability to meet business scheduling needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks including bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
