Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and products
- Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready displays
- Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work varied hours and schedules based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
