Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Fill orders and assist with customer service duties
• Work flexibly across departments as needed
• Maintain department readiness and light cleaning
