Job Description

Summary

Seasonal retail sales role in a holiday gift shop focused on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals in-store and digitally, and supporting department operations. The position requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
  • Engage customers using selling tools including text and social media
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit
  • Fill orders, stock, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
  • Maintain department readiness and light cleaning
  • Open new customer reward program accounts
  • Work flexibly across departments as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal oriented focus
  • Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
