Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital channels
• Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow followings
• Build lasting relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide styling and honest fit feedback to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
