Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and keep the department clean.
• Adapt to changing schedules and occasionally support other departments.
