Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on product fit and selection
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts for customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally support other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule with hours varying by week based on business needs
