Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on product fit and selection
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts for customers
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally support other departments as needed
- Work a flexible schedule with hours varying by week based on business needs
