Responsibilities
- Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide styling advice and feedback on fit and product selection
- Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re merchandising tasks
- Execute price markdowns and maintain department cleanliness
- Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
- Collaborate with team members to ensure department is customer ready
