Provide a personalized, customer-focused sales experience in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments.
