Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling guidance and feedback on fit and product
• Fill orders and assist with digital order processing
• Stock merchandise and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready department
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
