Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling methods including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Fill orders and support department customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members and be flexible to work in other departments as needed
- Use networking and technology tools to drive sales and customer outreach
Requirements
