Job Description

Summary

Seasonal retail sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. The salesperson will cultivate customer relationships, provide styling advice, and support department operations during the holiday period.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
  • Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Provide styling guidance and product feedback to customers
  • Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
  • Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
  • Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
  • Work flexibly across departments as business needs require

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
  • Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Organized with strong follow through
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
