Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build lasting relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Maintain a customer ready department with light cleaning
• Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally in other departments
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives
